High purity nitrogen installation based on Pressure Swing Adsorption (PSA) technology. The nitrogen, with an oxygen content of less than 10 PPM - nitrogen purity of 99.999%, is used here for laboratory analyses. Due to internal quality requirements in this pharmaceutical company, exceptionally high purity nitrogen was chosen. Other applications in LCMS often suffice with a nitrogen purity of 98.00%.

A Good Start is Half the Battle

The comprehensive system documentation prepared during the sales phase of this project proved invaluable during installation. Not all projects are as thoroughly prepared with detailed drawings as this one. Unlike other systems where the placement of components, electronic connections, and air connections are often handled flexibly during installation, we were able to execute the installation exactly as planned thanks to detailed preparation and the accuracy of third parties involved. This approach will be applied more frequently in future projects.
