The Avilo TyreGas TRUCK 23 nitrogen generator has the largest production capacity within the Avilo TyreGas series. Where our smaller units lack in nitrogen pressure and capacity for filling truck tires, the TyreGas TRUCK 23 is specially designed for large-sized tires.

Specifications

200 tyres per hour

Supplied with a compressed air pressure of 13 bar, the generator produces about 23 Nm3/hour, 95% pure nitrogen per hour. With this flow rate, a truck tire (size 385 – 22.5) is pumped to 9 bar in approximately 4.5 minutes. Resulting in a capacity of ± 14 truck tires per hour. When the TRUCK 23 is used to fill car tires with nitrogen, this translates to 200 tires per hour.

Easy installation

Connect the TireGas TRUCK to the existing compressed air supply and the generator is ready for use. However, it is strongly recommended to place a nitrogen buffer vessel (min. 150L) between the generator and the filling nozzle. This reduces the number of running hours and is better for the overall condition of the generator.

Without any moving parts and only fed with dry compressed air, the generator now supplies 95% pure nitrogen which can be used directly for filling tires with nitrogen!
