The Parker domnick hunter UHPZN2 nitrogen generators for GC make-up and carrier gas applications utilize field proven Pressure Swing Adsorption PSA technology to produce high purity nitrogen. With this they are able to make up to 3 liters of high quality nitrogen per minute with a purity of up to 99.9995% (5PPM). After production, the nitrogen is passed through a heated platinum catalyst which frees the nitrogen from organic impurities down to <0.1PPM.

Plug & Use design

Because the UHPZN2 nitrogen generators are optionally available with built-in compressors, they are very flexible in placement. Make the connection with the analysis instrument and the generator is immediately ready for use. If compressed air is already available, the unit can simply be connected to it.
