Parker domnick hunter OIL-X ACS Oil vapor reduction filters remove oil vapor and hydrocarbon from compressed air. Due to the coalescing effect of the activated carbon filters, oil in gaseous form and oil aerosols will be filtered from the air. These filters are unique due to their very low pressure drop that is maintained until the end of the replacement period.
Performance of these filters has been validated according to the strict requirements of ISO8573-5. With proper pre-filtration, a residual oil content of max. 0.003 mg/m3 is achieved.
These filters mainly used for ‘point of use’ applications to protect the process/product against an incidental high content of oil in the compressed air. If you want remove oil vapour from compressed air over a longer period of time, we recommend using an activated carbon adsorber.
We maintain a large stock of compressed air filters and replacement elements. Contact us directly for prices and delivery times.
