The nitrogen with a residual oxygen content of less than 10 PPM - nitrogen purity 99.999% - is used here for analyzes in the laboratory. Because of the internal quality requirements in this pharmaceutical company, very high purity nitrogen has been chosen. In this application - LCMS - other parties often require a nitrogen purity of 98.00%

The pre-installation process gives this project a unique character. In the pharmaceutical industry, a highly regulated sector, companies not only have to comply with complex external legislation, but also with extensive safety and quality requirements that they themselves impose. With its extensive experience in this industry, Avilo managed to get on the list of approved suppliers without any problems, despite the demanding set of requirements of this renowned multinational, something we had never experienced in this form before.

The extensive system documentation created during the sales phase of this project proved to be very valuable during installation. Not all projects are prepared as thoroughly with detailed drawings as this project. Unlike other systems, where component placement, electronic connections and air connections are often handled flexibly during installation, the detailed preparation and accuracy of third parties allowed us to complete the installation exactly as planned. An approach that we will use more often during future projects.
